As an important form of rail transit, subway is noiseless, large capacity and can save the space. Now, many cities accelerate the subway construction, like Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen and so on. In order to reduce the influence on the surrounding environment, shield tunneling construction is commonly used.But in recent years, because of the complex geological conditions and construction process, subway shield tunnel construction leads to some problems which block the development of the subway. The most important reason of this case is the shortage of risk management during the construction, so, the right way is strengthening risk management.On the base of theoretical research and practical work, this thesis analyzes the process of shield tunnel construction risks and its factors through FMECA.First, the thesis decomposes subway shield tunnel construction process into many subsystems, and determines each function of the subsystems.Second, analyzes the subway shield tunnel construction process, identifies the key monitoring potential failure mode during the process and evaluates the fault model and harmfulness use FMECA. Upon the analyses of the accident risk from the person, machine, environment and management, the thesis designs the evaluation index system of the subway shield tunnel construction risk monitoring and makes the monitoring information report system. On the base of these, decides the monitoring content and integrates monitoring indicator setting, monitoring information acquisition and monitoring information processing, then construct complete subway shield construction risk monitoring information system.Third, upon the specific case, the thesis shows the practicability of the above analysis and directs the actual construction risk monitoring work, play a role of the risk prevention.
