| SCADA system achieved the telemetering, remote signalling remote control and remote adjustment "four remote" function, has been widely used in the power system. But "four remote" is limited to the monitoring of power equipment, It can not monitor the condition of electrical equipment, the substation environment and safety.In this case, increaseing in "remote viewing" content, has become the trend of electric power automation, "four remote" is gradually being "five remote" replaced. Through SCADA system remote control operation, inspection, incident handling, the video surveillance system ensures safe operation, efficient inspections and incident handling and intuitive. " Five remote " really make unattended substation a reality.According to the status of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau, Interconnection technical scheme of video surveillance system and SCADA system is designed and realized .Based on analyzing some kinds of methods about system interconnection,study establishing interface of the two systems,parsing protocol of telecontrol data and other key technologies thoroughly,and get the first-rank scheme of interconnection. According to the status of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau, Analyzed its video surveillance system and SCADA system,and connected with an actual engineering,communication protocol of simulative screen is analysed, and finally the interconnection between video surveillance system and SCADA system is achieved based on RS-232 serial interface. Because of the firewall isolation,software of interconnection system adhere weakly to the two subsystems,and it is quite independent.It makes clear that this system implements function of image action to telesignalling data of SCADA system through spot test.Based on theory research,the video surveillance system provides the function of image action to telesignalling data,which makes 220kV Jinyuan Transformer Substation video surveillance system and SCADA system syncretize organically.In Chinese power system, video surveillance systems linking with the SCADA system, is not universal, immature. Therefore, linkaging the video surveillance system and SCADA system of Power Supply Bureau, not only visualizes electricity production scheduling management, but also Test results of this study can be extended to the application of power system. |
