With the development of distribution network automation in China, unmanned substations become more and more popular. This requires the power system control center to change the traditional centralized control management and the implementation of intensive management, so as to realize the integration of operational management mode. Via the communication network of electric power, control center realize the remote real-time video monitoring of the electric power substation, remote operation monitoring and remote fault and unexpected alarm receiving and processing. It will become the norm of the operational management in the future. The safe operation of remote video surveillance system as an important part of the regulatory integration system has important scientific value and practical significance.Ordos grid vigorously promote regulatory integration systems. Unmanned substations install video surveillance systems, burglar alarm security systems, environmental monitoring systems, fire alarm systems and so on, in order to guarantee the safe operation of electrical equipment. However, these systems exist some shortcomings. Visualization is poor. It is unable to timely monitor. Every system is managed decentralized. The information is jumbled. Functions between systems are duplication. The efficiency is low.Based on the status, this paper investigates the construction of remote video surveillance system in integrated regulation and operation of the field, then consults relevant literature, analysis the system problems and the status.This paper proposes the overall program of integration grid regulation remote security video monitoring system, namely Kangbashi 220 kV substation, Jingguanhe 110 kV substation and Tianlong 110 kV substation as a day-long stand-end system. The client is located in Kang Bashi 220 kV substation, video surveillance platform control center is located in Erdos Electric Power Bureau. At last, according to the overall program, we made a detailed plan and propose specific embodiments about the selection of hardware equipment and transmission channel in power grid integrated regulation remote security video monitoring system in Kangbashi.
