Research On Reliability Of Outrage Time Based On Load Control Customers

With the development of reform in Power system and the changes of the current power use,the management and control of power load in Power network regulation is getting more and more important and it is becoming a study hotspot. The current study on supply reliability of distribution networks are more concentrated in the distribution network from the overall situation of the planning, transformation, that is to say, which treats the entire distribution system as the research object, and obtaining rational distribution network model and reasonable operation by using algorithms. However, with economic development, load types and volume are constantly changing, if distribution networks are often planned or the operation modes are often changed, And we urgently need to know user based on the load control conditions, and then the reliability of distribution network will be improved by knowing the outage time situation of the user load control, in order to improve power quality.Thus research on the reliability of outrage time based on load control customers in HUI ZHOU Grid is carried out, the reliability management system is designed according to the relevant reliability indicators, which provides a reference in order to ensure the stable operation of HUI ZHOU Grid, and which also has a reference value to improve the power energy quality in HUI ZHOU Grid.The article contains:(1) The reliability theory in Grid is generalized; (2) The methods of reliability assessment are analyzed as well as their Advantages and disadvantages; (3) Study on reliability monitoring system of load control user in HUI ZHOU Grid, and this system collects data by wireless distribution network, and it achieves real-time calculation of reliability; (4) Combined with measurement of automation systems and a large customer electric load management system, the data required reliability calculation can be obtained automatically, which is calculated real-timely.
