In order to reduce the exhaust gas and to protect the petroleum resource, the research of clean and regenerative fuel is one of the most important thing. Studies show that using t methanol and ethanol, internal combustion engine works well and the exhaust gas becomes less.Methanol and ethanol will the prospective alternate fuel.The control based on model is the direction of gasoline control technology. The evaporation process of fuel film in intake port is one of the most important research. Most of the fuel vapor comes from fuel film in intake port of gasoline, the addition of ethanol to gasoline will affect the evaporation of fuel, then change the precision of AFR.Analyzed the dynamic model of fuel film, then defined the object of this paper. In this article, the vapor pressure of different proportional ethanol-gasoline blends at different temperature is measured. The mass diffusion coefficient of different proportional ethanol-gasoline blends is calculated by the equation based on experience. Combined the data get from evaporation of fuel film experiment with the theory of two film model, the regulation of ethanol-gasoline blends evaporation in the air is concluded.
