In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the increasing level of science and technology and people's living standards,the increasing demand for and ownership of automobiles,and the increasing demand for petroleum,on the other hand,countries around the world are paying more and more attention to environmental protection.Harmful emissions from automobile exhaust are one of the main air pollution.Therefore,national systems are in place.With the increasingly stringent emission regulations,the engine is facing more and more severe challenges.Ethanol is a renewable resource.The use of ethanol gasoline as a blend fuel is of great practical value for improving engine economy and conventional pollutants in automobiles.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the development and application of main alternative fuels for gasoline engines and the development status of ethanol gasoline at home and abroad are analyzed.Three different proportions of ethanol gasoline,E10(Ethanol 10%),E15(Ethanol 15%)and E20(Ethanol 20%),are formed by mixing sulfur-free ethanol with ordinary gasoline,and the main physical and chemical properties of ethanol gasoline are analyzed.Secondly,GT-Suite simulation software is used to build and calculate the simulation models of ethanol fuel depot and LJ465Q engine with different proportions.The accuracy of the simulation model is calibrated by bench test of gasoline engine and comparison with experimental measurement.Finally,the effects of different combinations of ethanol gasoline,different valve openings and different speeds on the performance of gasoline engines were analyzed by orthogonal design experiments and verified by experiments on the engine platform to obtain the best combination.The results show that with the increase of the ratio of ethanol gasoline,the explosive force in the tank decreases,the torque decreases,the emission of HC and NOx increases gradually,and the CO decreases significantly.Using the same proportion of ethanol gasoline,the torque increases with the increase of the throttle,the emission of HC and NOx decreases,and CO increases;With the increase of engine speed,the torque gradually increases and then gradually decreases,HC gradually decreases,NOx emissions increase,and CO gradually increases;After simulation calculations and experimental studies of multiple schemes,considering the engine torque,HC,NOx,and CO emission factors,the gas saving valve opening of 20%ethanol gasoline is 25%,and the rotation speed of 2000r/min is a better combination.In this paper,the performance of Ethanol-Gasoline blended fuel engine is studied and analyzed.On the one hand,it shows that Ethanol-Gasoline as an alternative fuel for engine has good prospects.On the other hand,it also provides some reference for further improving the comprehensive performance of Ethanol-Gasoline blends in gasoline engines.
