Based on the structure parameters of Jetta ATK engine, a working process model of the engine which is fueled with ethanol-gasoline blends was built with one dimensional dynamic software GT-POWER in this paper, and its reliability was tested on engine bench test.With the tested model the working characteristics were calculated and a variable parameters study was carried out on the ATK engine which is fueled with ethanol-gasoline blends, so to analyze the influences of the structure parameters and operation parameters on the engine's integrate performance, mainly to calculate and analyze the maximum torque and the corresponding parameters value under a certain working condition.Construct the geometric model of the cylinder and mesh it with software Fire, generate the dynamic mesh which moves from the bottom dead center (180℃A) to the top dead center (360℃A) using the Fire's mobile mesh tool FAME ENGINE, and calculate the threedimensional flow field of the cylinder during the compression process.Based on the previous study, an optimized calculation on the engine working process was made which was carried out under the coupling influences of the ignition advance angle, the intake valve close angle and the air-fuel ratio. Set the torque as the target function to calculate the maximum torque under the three parameters influences and get the corresponding parameters value when the engine burn the mixed fuel.
