This years during the many seismic disaters, the R.C.frame structure and it's masonry-infilled frames used as a quite prevalent structure system in the civil engineering,many seismic damage information has been got after every big earthquake, studying the method how to analyse the seismic behavior of this structure in the seismic section with the collected seismic damage information would be very important in the civil engineering for studying the rules of ground movement in the earthquake and estimating the shake characteristic of structure to improve the precision in analysing seismic response of structure.In this paper the development of masonry-infilled frame structure and the theory seismic resistant of structure are summarized, the investigation to the masonry-infilled frame structure damage in the in Ms6.4 Ning'er Earthquake is also introduced, analysis for structure's seismic response and the earthquake damage estimate index are also introduced particularly.After that a R.C.frame structure in MS6.4 Ning'er earthquake is selected as a mode, at first the seismic behavior is analyzed in mode-superposition response spectrum by using the different seismic action value in《Code for Seismic Design of Buildings)) GB50011-2001 and GBJ11-89, the causes of damage are studied and the improving on the seismic performance is studied between the new code and the old; and then the elastic-plastic analysis on the building seismic response is completed, based on the four recorded main-shocks around Ning'er, the maximum angle of bad floor displace is calculated and it's average is used to assess the structure damage, the result assessed under two methods is approximated to the actual earthquake damage.To study the relation between masonry-infilled frame damage and it's floor deformation, this paper adopts the software ANSYS with 3D finite element mode to analyze the damage formation of the single masonry-infilled frame under the lateral displacement which is made by different size(different floor size under the same span, different span under the same floor size), different wall material(common clay brick, autoclaved fly ash brick, concrete block) the punched wall and it's different construct measure, the different crack shape is then compared to each other, loading by steps under displacement controlled, the lateral displacement angle is also registered when the crack is connective in the filled-wall.At last, according to the problems in the process of research, this article brings forward the suggestion, the further development orientation of this structure and its difficulties which need to be solved.
