For the reason of the rapid development of China's power industry, Superior performance of the transmission and distribution equipments are surge demanded. Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) has been widely used for its advantage of excellent electrical insulation properties, little Impaction of external environmental conditions, high reliability and so on. Particularly the development of high-pressure 126KV GIS is very fast, large increase in production, many manufacturers, product modifications being quickly. So 126KV GIS has been caused widespread concern and has become a hot spot in high-voltage switch industry.Yunkai Yunnan Electric Group is a high-tech and a member of one hundred strongest enterprises in Yunnan province, the main products are COMPASS, PASSMO two air modular SF6 insulated electrical switching combination co-production with ABB, ZF10-126 GIS reaches the world advanced level 126KV GIS product is in short supply.Yunkai Electric Group has adopted collaborative design and manufacturing integration technology.Topics of this thesis are Technology Innovation Program in Yunnan Province-Yunnan Switch Factory integrated collaborative design and manufacture of high-low voltage switch equipment demonstration project (2008AA012) as the background and Yunkai Electric Group's products-ZF口-126KV GIS breaker module as research object. This paper first analyzes the major technical management of work processes and engineering characteristics in Yunkai Electric Group, get the function requirements of Yunkai Electric Group for SF6 breakers aided design system. Second, through establish three-dimensional model of ZF口-126 GIS breaker module and functional structure analysis method got product structure tree based on the configuration of the breaker module and part information model. Third, using Tree View control in Visual Basic 6.0 to achieve the breaker module hierarchy; using ADO technology to get the tree data of product structure tree and components related information stored in the SQL Server 2000 and implement the interaction with the user. Fourth, making preliminary calculations for epoxy resin casting parts in ZF口-126KV GIS breaker. Finally, using Visual Basic 6.0 to make secondary development in three-dimensional software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008, integrating SF6 breaker aided design system into the Inventor in the form of plug to make the application of the system more convenient.In this thesis, product data management (focus on product structure and part information) of Yunkai Electric Group ZF口-126KV GIS breakers and secondary development about the three-dimensional software Inventor are researched, provides a reference for small and medium high-voltage switch enterprises to implement Product Data Management (PDM) related to series products.
