Research On Maintenance Technology Of Rural Road In Yunnan Plateau Mountain

Since the reform and opening up, the construction of rural road has developed rapidly, and it has have transport facilities for peasant and improved the economics of country.But nowadays, systemic examines and evaluations, rational decisions are lack in maintenance and management. Managements of pavement maintenance lean on the acquaintance of surface and the experiences of engineers. In the procession of decision, the absence of experiences and grasping of information result in undesirable schemes, further more the waste of money, the decline of surface quality.To reform the traditional means of maintenance, this thesis had make scientific researches on pavement maintenance of rural road in Yunnan province including performance evaluation and decision-making, which could submit detailed opinions on pavement maintenance work of rural road in Yunnan province.According to the present situation of pavement maintenance of rural road in Yunnan province, this thesis has researched the main factors that direct to the deterioration of the pavement, improved the standard and technologies of pavement maintenance, and proposed the methods of performance evaluation and decision-making.Two key problems are studied in this thesis. The first is the evaluation of pavement performance; the second is the decision-making of pavement maintenance. In the evaluation of pavement performance, survey and sum up the standard and technologies of pavement maintenance of rural road in Yunnan province, analyse performance evaluation from function and construction, determine the corresponding indicator system of performance evaluation and weight with comprehensive approach which based on the method of cosinus vector included angle and expert suggestion, and a kind of fuzzy attribute evaluation and weight compressive evaluation method which is based on the attribute evaluation and weight is proposed in the thesis. The other content of the thesis is the decision-making. Firstly, the requirement and measure of maintenance are analyzed. Referring to existing regulations, the methods of decision-making are discussed, this thesis which are directed against pavement maintenance of rural road in Yunnan province. Secondly, a practical computer program called Performance Evaluation and Decision-making of Pavement Maintenance System for Yunnan Rural Asphalt Roads is developed which could submit detailed opinions on pavement maintenance work of rural road in Yunnan province.
