Gyrotheodolite is a precise instrument for orientation based on principles of gyromechanics,which is widely adopted in the military,mapping,mine exploitation,and SO onThe overall level ofthe gyrotheodolite development and generation in our country still keepssome space with advanced level at abroad In order to promote our gyrotheodolitedevelopment,improve the technological level and build the uniform evaluation standards forthe gyrotheodolite test,the various factors effecting on the gyrotheodolite observation areanalyzed in this dissertation,and the calibration methods of the gyrotheodolite axesystematically studiedThe basic principle,structure and classification of the gyrotheodolite are introducedsimply in our dissertation Then,the influencing factors over the gyrotheodolitemeasurement are analyzed and the calibration items required are established We summarizethe main points of each identification item Next,the axis errors with the gyrotheodoliteunder different conditions axe studied,and the impact ofthe eccentric error as well as the tilterror in the gyrotheodolite on the measurement results is explored through theoreticalanalysis and numerical computation This work provides the theory reference to the analysisof the calibration resuRs with the directional accuracy Taking into account the practicalcalibration condition,the calibration method of the gyrotheodolite directional accuracy isdiscussed The change of the direction result with the environmental temperature isresearched by testing Therefore,the temperature compensating method of the instrumentconstant is obtained We adopt the single-factor analysis of variance to calibrate the stabilityofthe instrument to environmental temperature The influences ofthe magnetic direction andthe magnetic intensity are separated by using two-factor analysis of variance and principalcomponent analysis,and the stability ofthe gyrotheodolite to magnetic field is exploredSome research resuRs on the following aspects are obtained in this dissertation,whichoffers the reference for the gyrotheodolite calibration(1)The calibration contents and methods are studied through theoretical analyzing andtesting Six main items required in gyrotheodolite calibration axe concluded(2)The impactof the observation window distortion is explored in the high--and--low temperature stabilitycalibration,and the scheme to eliminate this effect is given A nev~method to study thetemperature compensating model of the instrument constant is achieved by testing(3)Through including the two-factor analysis of variance and principal component analysis toseparate the influences ofthe magnetic direction and the magnetic intensity,it is convenientto research the stability ofthe gyrotheodolite to magnetic field...
