Research On Design Of Automobile Distribution Channel And Optimization Of Automobile Distribution Logistics Network

As a pillar industry of economy, Chinese automobile industry's rapid development has played a crucial role in Chinese economic development and social progress. Meanwhile, with the automobile industry's increasing competitive, how to have a sustained and stable development is needed to solve for automobile enterprises. Currently, the automobile manufacturers have focused on supplying consumers the best and fastest services by optimizing their distribution logistics system. Automobile distribution logistics system has two important parts:one is distribution channel, which determines quality of the entire distribution system structure; the other is distribution network, which determines the level of operational efficiency of distribution system.Based on the background, the paper made an in-depth research on design of the automobile distribution channel and optimization of distribution network. The concept of distribution logistics is elaborated firstly, and underlying theory of the two core elements including automobile distribution channel and distribution network is introduced. And then the design of automobile distribution channels' structure, selection of the members' type, and evaluation and selection of channel members are analyzed. Evaluation and selection of the distributor is mainly investigated, and quantitative decision making technique is given. According to the design of distribution channel structure, with consider of the optimization model's cost factor, a bi-level distribution network optimization model of multi-manufacturer and multi-objective function is established. The model is solved with genetic algorithm(GA) which validity is tested by example, and Matlab7.0 is used to achieve the solving of model.Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and the theory with practice, some aspects about automobile such as basic theory about distribution logistics, channel design methods, network optimization model and model algorithm are thoroughly researched from the two angles of distribution channel design and distribution network optimization. Theory and decision-making are offered to the automobile enterprises to design distribution channels and establish optimized distribution logistics networks.
