Research On Environmental Landscape Features Of Ancient Villages In The Langshi Of Wugang

Traditional dwellings are symbol of a culture's life style and a social ideological construct that represents different social structures throughout time. They have along history strong customs,unique spatial environment and wonderful charm. However,with the changes of the times and economic development traditional dwelling groups are facing a severe challenge due to not being able to meet the need of society. So protection and utilization of this kind of architecture is not only a theoretical question,but also a parasitical problem. Without dynamic protection and rational utilization, we can't give traditional dwelling groups a stable life environment. That's why we need to emphasize that the protection of traditional dwellings must be dynamic and going on,and that their use must be rational. The integration of these aspects is the purpose of this article. Take Langshi village in southwest of Hunan province as the research object, ecological environment, material environment and culture environment were analyzed, the results are as follows:Langshi ancient village builds the ecological environment, highlighting the selected location and layout, implying the simple humanities thought, establishing the environment landscape skin texture in the transportation organization,unfolding the stealth water landscape with functionality representation in the drainage system. Langshi ancient village construction has been influenced by hui style architecture, with the typically Xieshanding and fire barrier gable. Also the building structure and the house type have characteristic of hui style architecture more or less. The couplets culture, the patriarchal clan culture and the confucianist culture played an important role in creating the gentle, peaceful, civilized and moral culture environment after analyzing this three cultures.The time factor which decides the residence building style and the building shape, the region custom without the obvious transformation characteristic which has the deep influence to the village environment landscape and the strong continuous nature in the mental field as the close relation with villagers' life, the religious belief which maintain this village environment landscape, and the agriculture culture which is showed by couplets and vulture Liang as the garden sculpture and ornaments, play an most important role in the process of forming the environment landscape in Langshi ancient village. After analyzing the present landscape situation in Langshi ancient village from the present protection situation in ancient building group, the present public infrastructure situation and the present ecological environment situation, the result showed that this village ancient construction group protection situation is unoptimistic now. As a result of the nature corrosion and the Great Cultural Revolution period artificial damage, in the village some construction decorative carving, the couplets and the carved stone with the obvious traditional culture symbolized construction decoration and the construction, have been harmed more or less, especially there are only twenties pieces of carved stone couplets, which are recognized as the main environment landscape characteristic. Besides, the public service facilities system is extremely weak, the hygienic facilities are not provided, and the electricity supply line is insufficiency, which seriously hinder the normal operation in ancient village, force the villagers to build new construction in primitive location or seek new location to establish. These all cause the ancient village becoming bleak day after day, losing the vitality gradually. Ecological environment of Langshi ancient village is relatively excellent, the air quality can achieve 1 level of GB3095-1996, the microbial content isvery low, the anion content can achieve 10000 per m3. All the 3 points can achieve 1 level standard of the sound environment quality, even some can reach 0 level.By elaborating the landscape protection from the ecological environment, the material environment and the culture environment in Langshi ancient village, this village has to distinguish the material environment from the non-material environment landscape element in protection method. Finally, in this article, the actual protective measures and was discussed.
