The Study On The Application Of Chinese Traditional Interior Culture On Modern Interior Design

Chinese traditional interior culture means the inspirit meaning which is after many years still in interior design having Chinese traditional characteristic. After collecting, coordinating, concluding and analyzing the information, the thesis coordinated the representative Chinese traditional interior culture, analyzed and concluded the character and background of it. Then through doing research on some interior decoration companies, the thesis analyzed effect of Chinese traditional interior culture on modern interior design. At last, the thesis brought forward some point of view on how modern interior design inherit traditional interior culture meaning and improve modern interior design, the conclusions as follows:Ancient times society, tradition society, industrial society and information society are unlike the society period,human inhabitation form is changing with the society development.Chinese traditional interior culture is from Chinese traditional culture, macroscopic characters are human together with nature, ethic grade, loving nature, microcosmic characters are right layout, elegance decoration, refinement furniture. It also includes Chinese traditional geomantic theory.From modern interior decoration industry, the thesis gave some suggestions and measure on modern interior design inheriting traditional culture well.Forecasting modern interior design foreground, gaining its development trend. Chinese traditional interior culture will influence modern interior design, Chinese traditional interior culture should be put into modern interior design as to improve Chinese modern interior design.
