With the continuously extension of the national economy construction and the development of the establishment of foundational construction, the development of the engineering mechanism industry has been promoted greatly. Each domestic producing enterprise expanded the product category in each field, adopted the advanced technique to develop their own product or using the foreign advanced technique to raise the product quality. But, because of ourselves and the exist difference with foreign advanced level, the development is subjected to the certain restrict, mainly in the product enduring, reliability, automation degree and controlling of the pollution of environment. Since 80's in the last century, digesting and absorbing the engineering machine technique level and the making ability in our country had got the substantial development. Recently, with the machine-electricity-liquid technique applied, the hydraulic transmission has presented a strong vitality little and little. The hydraulic technique have gradually matured abroad, its application in the engineering machine field has become more frequent and has a great trend of replacing the tradition transmission. In our country, the research is placed in the early stage in the pavers hydraulic drive, the theories study is basically placed in the blank appearance. Compared with foreign and domestic construction machinery manufacturer, concrete paver hydraulic power system-wide research is not deep enough, led to the key technology of hydraulic paver almost rely on imports.This paper studied the domestic and foreign concrete paver travel system transmission form and the control model and established the paver hydraulic driver system mathematical model. In order to resolve the current theoretical problem in the paver's travel drive system, we obtained its control system's transfer function, laid the foundation for the paver undercarriage system's digitized simulation, and applied its achievement in the actual design. This research has important theory significance and the application value.Firstly, this article adopted traditional means analyzing calculating and checking the kinematics and kinetics of asphalt concrete paver and the parameter of the hydraulic driver system and established velocity specialty equation. It analyzed the design and use status quo about payer work speed when it is under work condition, from the angle of efficiency, to the rational work point of the hydraulic system in detail.Secondly, the burden driving system composed by engine and variable pump and motor and system have been studied. The liquid driving circuit and control project of the hydraulic driving system have been ensured.Thirdly, the transfer function of the variable displacement adjusting device of pump and motor, and the pump-motor combination system, and the motor-whole machine speed linkage have been built up. The whole dynamic characteristic mathematics model of the hydraulic driving system has been constructed. Making use of the software of MATLAB, the simulation model of the hydraulic driving system has been built up, and the dynamic characteristics have been simulated and calculated. The system pressure and the dynamic response of the motors have been analyzed.
