With the high-speed development of highway construction,wheeled paver has an irreplaceable role in road maintenance,municipal roads and other aspects of construction.The paver is a machine that works while walking.The smooth walking speed of the hydraulic system is used to ensure the quality of the work,the high travel speed is used to quickly transfer the site which meet the requirements of the fast and efficient construction of the modern highway.Therefore,the design and simulation of the walking hydraulic system of the wheeled paver and ensure that the paver has a low smooth walking speed and a high speed of transition has important engineering practical significance.The hydraulic walking system is designed according to the requirements of the walking system of wheeled paver,and the speed control scheme of the system is discussed,the feedback speed control scheme based on EP control is determined.The kinematics and dynamics of the wheeled paver are analyzed,and the running resistance of the walking system is calculated.The pressure characteristics of the system are studied,and the influencing factors of the system pressure are obtained.The appropriate working pressure of the system is selected.The main hydraulic components of the design system are selected and matched according to the calculation results,and the efficiency of the pump and motor is discussed in the working condition.The simulation model of hydraulic walking system was established by AMESim,The influence of the starting time and speed on the smooth start of the hydraulic walking system and the influence of the hydraulic shock on the system during the sudden braking are explored respectively through computer simulation,then pointing out reasonable control parameters and mitigation measures.From the simulation point of view,the design parameters are reasonable,this design system meets the basic requirements of wheeled paver.
