The collection and management of the electric information is the important means of automatically data collection, power measurement, quality monitoring and power analysis. And it is also the foundation of the terminal data collection of smart grid.In this paper, the status of the smart grid technologies and the development of electric data collection are analyzed. Based on the technologies of data warehouse and data mining, the method of decision tree is utilized to diagnose of the status of power collection. Based on the hardware of the electrical information collection, the data transferring mode, electrical energy, three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor, harmonics and other parameters are collected. And the data source is prepared for the comprehensive analysis of the electric energy. Electric-power field-checkout is an important job in power marketing and management. In this paper, the system and software modules of Electric-power field-checkout are designed. Based on Electrical information collection, mutual data transferring mechanism between databases is implemented. Through database interface, real-time data acquisition and process is created. Through the establishment of data warehouses, the data of electrical energy, three-phase voltage, three-phase current and other parameters are integrated. Through data mining and improving the C4.5 algorithm, the status of exception of electrical terminals such as lack of off-phase voltage, current lack of off-phase and other abnormal working conditions is classified by decision tree. The exact exception information in Electric-power field-checkout is analyzed, and a new method of supporting analysis is provided.
