Research On Integration Backup Automatic Power For Medium And Low Pressure

In power plant and transformer substation, the protection devices will remove the power supply when the power supply is failure or abnormal. The backup power switchover unit will put the backup power into use to ensure reliability of power supply. The backup power switchover unit can effectively improve the reliability of power supply, and the power switchover unit's realization is simple and low cost, which is widely used in power plants and substations and distribution networks. This is one economic and effective technical measure to uninterrupted power supply. According to backup power switchover devices' present problems and trends, this paper studied and compared several options of backup power switchover device, and some results and conclusions have been brought out for integration backup automatic power for medium and low pressure.After analyze and compare several backup power switchover unit program, we design integration industrial computer based on configuration software to realize low-voltage integrated program of BZT, which improved the traditional BZT device and join medium and low voltage protection together creatively.Then based on the idea of integrated industrial computer's backup power switchover unit, an economic-based integration of middle low voltage segmentation tabulators program is proposed. This programs use 80C51 CPU as controller, which can greatly save the cost of automatic switching devices in the full realization of backup power switchover unit, and the cost can be less than 200 yuan and the program is realistic.Finally, a more simple solution is proposed. This program is closely to the idea of the main backup power switchover unit task, which is to ensure two lower voltage bus supply power is uninterrupted. In this concept, using medium voltage computer protection device and the modbus communication between computer to realize the function of backup power switchover unit. This program is greatly saved the cost and can be used in the short close between low-voltage side and high-voltage side.
