Cold-rolled steel rebar is a new type of steel, so-called steel rebar is the ordinary low carbon steel which is cold, then is pressured of external thread rolling sample on the outer surface, generally chevron or crescent-shaped. At present, cold-rolled steel rebar production technology is already mature in foreign technology. But in China, the reinforcement of reinforced concrete works are mostly hot-rolled steel bar. After cold drawing, cold rolling the hot-rolled twisted steel wire with the corresponding comparison, the tensile strength can be increased by 50% to 100%, equivalent toâ…£steel bar, has good plasticity, and concrete strong grip praise. Another cold rolled twisted steel rebar as compared with the general, the amount of steel concrete structures, can be reduced by 10% to 15%, which can greatly save steel, lower component cost, and it can further reduce the grade of concrete, therethe effect of saving cement.Since cold rolled helical concrete reinforcement solid plate is emerging, the research and analysis of it is keeping on without interruption and now there is no uniform standards, in the country for production of cold rolled rebar. The product standards and demonstration projects of cold-rolled twisted steel is not corresponding catch up, so it is necessary to put forward the corresponding theoretical calculation method and basis, as so to make cold-rolled twisted steel and its components to be recognized and applied in the country.This paper takes a study of stiffness and crack in cold rolled helical concrete reinforcement solid plate, by the traditional three point afterburner experiment. In the deflection of this plate, steel and concrete strain and damage to properties of componentsstatistical and theoretical analysis, presented by the low tensile cracks cold twisted steel reinforcement ratio of stiffness and cracks in concrete solid plate formula. At the same time, this experiment has reached the ideal deformation conditions are met under the premise of reducing the economic reinforcement ratio, saving purposes. Although the formula established by this paper is building on a certain basis, the number of components is small, so a large number of experiments are needed to do to prove its accuracy in the future.
