Comparing Cold rolling ribbed steel bar welded mesh with manual bindingreinforced network, it has the advantages of high strength, steel Province, convenientconstruction, high speed, high quality, good comprehensive economic benefit etc..Because of cold rolled ribbed steel bar with no apparent yield platform, poordeformation ability. In order to improve the ductility of the structure using thecold-rolled ribbed steel bar, the common cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars on thebasis of, at present has developed with certain ductility "high ductility of cold rolledribbed bar".Its purpose is to improve the deformation ability of component configuredby cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, so as to improve the seismic performance of the structure.When the shearwall using cold-rolled ribbed welded steel fabrics as distribution, how toensure the shearwall has a sufficiently large deformation capacity and ductility, stillrequires further study.This project through7piece shearwall specimens configured by high ductility ofcold-rolled ribbed welded steel fabrics, by considering the different axial compressionratio, different span depth ratio, different stirrups configuration and variousreinforcement ratio in confined boundary element,to make out the effects of suchfactors on the seismic behavior of the shearwall.The behavior include of bearingcapacity, ductility, energy dissipation and so on。From the7test pieces the main conclusions are as follows:①An H-shaped cross section of test piece and the belt end specimens due to theconstraint of marginal zone advantageous role, its comprehensive seismic performanceis better than the one I shaped cross section specimen②The configuration of high ductility of cold-rolled ribbed steel plate shear wall,axial compression ratio is still influence the shear wall seismic ability is one of the most important factors③In the seismic requirements of shearwall structure,the strain-hardening ratio ofhigh ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar should not be less than1.15, uniformelongation rate should be not less than6%. |
