The boiler system is a complicated time-varying and dynamic process. It has many interference. So it's hard to achieve ideal control performance and higher rater of auto-control in operation with conventional control algorithms. Based on analysis of the present situation and development trend of boiler control domestic and overseas and long-time experiments, application of advanced control for boiler is researched profoundly in this paper and it is proved that this method can get good regulation quality, enhance combustion efficiency and realize energy-saving, which not only has value on academic study but also has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.This paper describes the mechanism of combustion gas of industrial boilers, and analysis of gas-fired boiler burning natural gas in the energy conversion process.At the same time,the entire boilers combustion process control contain the main combustion process control, boiler steam temperature control, drum level control three parts. However, they are interrelated to boilers combustion, steam temperature and drum level, each factor changing will affect the amount of changing in other parameters, which are mutual influence, mutual restraint, and has the characteristics of nonlinear and strong interference. Therefore,this article uses fuzzy neural network predictive control for gas-fired boiler to control the combustion process. First, gas boiler combustion is proposed as chemical energy into heat in the concrete realization of the process base on the mechanism of the gas boiler.And i get its input and output parameters,select the T-S fuzzy control and BP neural network control. At the same time, i create a gas boiler fuzzy neural network control system simulation model through neural network control algorithm be improved.At last, the establishment of combustion system model are simulation. Compared the fuzzy neural network prediction results and actual operating results, the results show that the projections used in the fuzzy neural controller can achieve better control of the boiler system. And errors are controlled in a reasonable range. To a certain extent, the control system can overcome the shortcomings of traditional control algorithms and achieve the optimization of industrial gas-fired boiler combustion control and energy saving, reliable and efficient, less pollutions'goal.Finally, the article design hardware and software programming and monitoring configuration on the specific gas boiler control system. To the gas boiler control system, communication is used profibus fieldbus; hardware is used the simense PLC; software is used in the ladder paint which design a fuzzy adaptive PID arithmetic for STEP7 programming. The system use profibus-dp to communicate between host computer and slave computer and use wincc software monitor real-time condition, which realizes remote monitor and improve the management level.
