With the prevalence of economic and stylish designed high rising steel buildings come to the fore in many cities, the arduous problem of anti-seismic performance analyze which is the key problem of the structure analyze arise too. To cope with the special design and elaborate space for example the building with antique style, the steel construction gets appealing, which attribute to its variety construction, short term and good quality in anti-seismic.This thesis based on a steel tower of Jing chuan in Gansu province and the domestic and foreign experts'study use Finite Element Analysis software PKPM and SAP2000 analyze as below:1,execute modal analysis of the structure to research its dynamic characteristics and analysis the vibration form.2,execute spectrum analysis to study the dynamic response of this structure under moderate earthquake.Analysis, consider X direction and Y direction respectively, obtain the deformation style, maximum displacement and maximum relative displacement of the adjacent floors.3,A severe earthquake in much of structure under severe earthquake and Abraham the dynamic time-history analysis and contrast with.4,Based on elastic plate and rigid plate and comparison of the two kinds of structure, it is concluded that the two kinds of structure vibration cycle and displacement in some rules.Based on the above JingChuan in gansu province tower of a high-rise steel structure based on the study of seismic performance, and puts forward the problems to be solved, including seismic analysis of large pick eaves, the structure of the elasto-plastic analysis, etc for similar high-rise steel structure can be tower project design and research to provide the reference.
