With the high-speed development of China's economy, modernization or expansion project implementation, the blasting demolition of the old buildings and the rock controlling blasting technique has been developed quickly, accumulated a wealth of experience through a lot of engineering application. However the semi-theoretical and semi-empiric design pattern is not suitable for the modern high quality, high requirement and safety control engineering requirements. This article introduces a hyperbolic cooling towers in complex condition of blasting demolition of a new design concept, mainly to sit collapse and some can collapse to the around if the condition allows and use ANSYS/LS-DYNA for Taiyuan Datang cogeneration power plant 4# cooling towers blasting collapse of a numerical simulation process. The design concept can make it very complex cases to the cooling stacks took a running smoothly, and the dismantling process had a body wheel process, this make the body a fully broken and a large extent reduce of the cleanup work. Numerical simulation results and the practical result was totally consistent, It is for us the future blasting scheme in design, at first the numerical simulation for the design scheme to a highly effective and intuitive checking to provide the basis. Results of this study show that:1. When make a demolition blasting, the adoption of appropriate wedge incision can make the hyperbolic linear cooling tower wheel, it can make the effect that the tower collaps and make tower body fully broken2. Using the finite element method to analyze the hyperbolic linear cooling tower blasting demolition is feasible. In the later blasting demolition design, we could first use ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software solutions for blasting demolition of thorough visual numerical simulation, further improve the design scheme. we can see that the method is better than the traditional blasting scheme under complex conditions, the dismantling of hyperbolic cooling towers has more value for study...
