From the date of the birth of black powder, blasting technology on people’s production and life had a significant impact. Whether in war or in the building there are a wide range of burst on the scene. Especially in modern society after blasting technology with its unique role to bring more convenience. When mountains split road use blasting techniques can save a lot of manpower, the old town reconstruction using blasting technology is clearly more economical, safe and efficient. Thanks to the development of economy and technology, blasting equipment, and blasting technology is constantly evolving, used in the construction of the social sphere has become increasingly widespread.Way blasting technology applied in the social construction of the main building is seeking destruction, because the blast itself and the related risk of lagging behind theory, blasting accidents still occur, to secure people’s lives and property caused some the threat, which is necessary to more in-depth study of the mechanism and blasting may cause them harm prevention. In this paper, an efficient, safe blasting for the purpose of numerical simulation as a means of security analysis of blasting operations carried out in advance, so as to avoid blasting accidents. The relatively wide range of software applications in the field of numerical simulation is ANSYS/LS-DYNA, which itself contains almost all the people perceived the material, enter the relevant parameters, you can build almost any model. In ANSYS/LS-DYNA in, LINK160mainly used to establish a one-dimensional model, SHELL163is applied to build a model plane unit, SOLID164is applied to build three-dimensional model of the unit. It is because of its rich libraries, so we built the model for static and dynamic analysis as possible. This paper built with SOLID164unit and MAT_PLASTIC_KINEMATIC material reinforced concrete bridge model was constructed using SHELL floor model unit and RIGID material, the stability of the drilling phase of the bridge structure analysis and instability after blasting the bridge collapse dynamic process simulation, analysis blasting program possible security risks.Due to the current ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, there are no operational definition of material failure, so when defining the need for pre-processing blasting gap generated during K file is modified, the K file by adding MAT_ADD_EROSION keyword Blow to define the gap, and to set time parameters to control the formation of the corresponding sequence of blasting gap. In this paper, through the simulation results and the actual blasting effect comparative analysis found that the numerical simulation of the effect is still very good.
