With the rapid development of thermoelectric industry and aluminum industry, the production and solid waste are more and more, for example, fly ash and red mud,and causes a lot of pollutions and damages on environment, society and human. How to process and residue the industrial wastes that is a very important issue in our country and even the world.For a long time, we use clay brick as wall materials, but it has many shortcomings.For example,it destroies arable land and causes excessive consumption of resources. Our country has restricted the production and use of clay. So, there is social and environmental benefits that using industrial waste products to produce new wall material and it is a very urgent research subject.Testing for the choice of the raw materials that are orthogonal analysed and the choice of the a formula and production process parameters that are quantitative analysed,we obtained the the best consequence.This topic experiment produces red mud taoli fly ash from burning exemption autoclaved brick on red mud,fly ash and taoli as main raw materials, using cement for curing agent, and through the pressure brick machine pressure molding and natural maintenance.Combined with the characteristics of this project requirements of environmental protection, this topic proposed that free brick sintering taoli instead of the aggregate industrial waste residue in the first time.It is conducive to energy conservation.Combining this topic to avoid autoclaved maintenance, we add cement, otherwise bricks won't forming. So, we bold abandon lime,gypsum as curing agent,and full utilize cement that ratio of about 15% as curing agent.Avoiding burn from autoclaved brick formula is that red mud:taoli:fly ash:cement 18:46:21:15.This kind of brick 7d compressive strength is 10.9 Mpa reaching national main wall requirements. Testing its mechanical properties, radioactive can and wall insulation thermal resistance, bibulous rate and freeze—thaw sex, the physical properties conform to the national requirements.We analyse aseismic performance influencet of the frame that is provided with fill walls that is made of the test brick. Contrasting to several fill walls'model, we chose to fill walls for equivalent connecting rod framework model analysis. Appling for SAP2000 to analyse pure frame model an equivalent frame model is simulated by the modal analysis, and the period of equivalent frame is 0.7 times of pure frame cycle.
