Along with the advancement of urbanization, various industries, especially the construction industry need to use new materials and new technology. Crops straw as a kind of renewable resources, but failed to be better development and utilization of straw burning produced a large number of dense smoke, causing serious air pollution, therefore, to reform the traditional backward way of straw utilization, development of straw recycle economy is imperative, how to solve the problem of rational whereabouts, effective utilization of straw is particularly urgent.In this paper, wheat straw, cement, river sand, stone powder, water and chemical additives, etc., on the basis of the experimental study of proportion of the extensive, selection of proportion of three different kinds of production of crops straw regenerative thermal insulation brick, and with reference to relevant standard basic mechanical properties of materials, heat preservation performance and fuel economy analysis, the following conclusions:1.The crops straw regenerative heat preservation brick choose straw the crop waste, through the use of chemical additives, can very good bonding with other materials to make brick, brick making process is simple, elapsed time is short, and soon after forming can be stacked, show good early strength, density of brick is good, for large-scale promotion played an important role in promoting.2.The proportion of three kinds of crops straw regenerative heat preservation brick compressive strength, flexural strength, freeze-thaw performance, moisture content, water absorption, the basic mechanical properties such as bulk density, saturated coefficient basically met the sintering insulation brick and block(GB 26538-2011) requirements; Through the freeze-thaw test, the quality of the brick loss rate and compression strength loss rate can comply with the provisions of the standard; Volume density slightly tall, drying shrinkage value while high, but the sintering insulation brick and block(GB 26538-2011) in the rules, so the crops straw regenerative thermal insulation brick is in line with the sintering insulation brick and block(GB 26538-2011) of the application in engineering is the basic feasible.3.The crops straw regeneration the coefficient of thermal conductivity of insulating brick is 0.08 W/(m, K), 0.0919 W/(m, K), are less than 0.12 W/(m, K), meet the requirements of thermal insulation materials, at the same time than the aerated concrete and reinforced concrete, autoclaved fly ash brick masonry wall insulation materials.
