With the rapid economic development of China, the construction industry has entered the fast lane. Construction and use of buildings in the process of resources, high energy consumption, take a lot of pressure to economic development and the environment. In effect, the energy conservation becomes national policy. In recent years, the state has promulgated a number of building energy conservation regulations, put forward specific demands and energy efficiency standards for new construction and renovation of existing building energy. But the relevant standard is not comprehensive, there is still no existing primary and secondary education specifically for energy-saving roof of the constitution, norms, Atlas.Schools play an important role in nurturing future of our country, energy saving for primary and secondary school buildings can not only reduce energy consumption, saving resources and energy, but also can improve the comfort of the classroom to provide students a good learning environment, improve teaching quality. Therefore, there is an urgent need for both primary and secondary school buildings for energy saving. This paper will research on both primary and secondary education in Shandong Province energy-saving roof, in order to provide reference for the relevant transformation.Firstly, after the availability of a preliminary understanding, the literature on survey research status, has roof field research on the eastern Shandong province, central and western regions,64 cities in 12 primary and secondary school buildings. Making a summary of the age of the roof construction, construction practices, modeling, and other aspects of thermal performance, finding the problems found, to provide starting points for the roof renovation. Rehabilitation programs are the core of this article. Based on the research, drawing on the success of some public housing renovation and construction of approach, this paper focuses on a "flat to flat", "flat to pitched," green roofs, solar energy utilization, etc in roof Energy Saving application of primary and secondary school buildings. The study includes a variety of ways the transformation program transformation, transformation of key technology, construction technology and economic benefits. This paper selects as a typical case of a primary school in Jinan, makes the use of DeST-c software to simulate a variety of rehabilitation programs to directly reflect the effect of reconstruction of various rehabilitation programs. By the calculated formula of static payback period and dynamic payback period, calculating the transformation of various forms of financial payback period. In this way, recommendations are taken for the roof of the transformation of primary and secondary school buildings. I hope I could provide a reference for energy-saving value for the roof of Elementary and Middle School in Shandong Province.
