The Research Of Algorithm About Automatic Generation Of Slope Roof Panel And Roof Line

In the construction project, the parties involved in the project, no matter if it is the owner of the unit, the construction unit is required to calculate the amount of work. Since the traditional manual calculation process is very complicated, large computation amount of repeated work and the work efficiency is very low,therefore the traditional manual calculation of engineering quantity method has been replaced by the software to calculate the amount, cost engineers only need to model the software, the required building engineering quantity can be quickly determined. The modeling of engineering quantity calculation software mainly includes column,beam,wall,plate and so on.The modeling method of the slope roof panel is very complicated, and existing slope roof modeling approaches reduce the work efficiency of cost engineers, so finding a capable and efficient, rapid slope roof modeling has become a popular research topic. Hence, in order to solve this problem, the author in view of the slope roof panel modeling has carried out in-depth research.With the contemporary architecture in the demand for aesthetics and drainage structure, many architectural takes the structure form of sloping roof,so when carrying quantities modeling, we often need to establish slope roof model,and now some slope roof construction software mode, it can only manually calculate the roof line, and then draw the roof panel, the last adjustment roof slope,the modeling process is very complicated. In this paper according to the characteristics of sloping roof panel in actual project, a method is proposed to calculate for automatic generation of slope roof, with the amount software slope roof panel modeling as the background.(1)Intersection extraction from outer boundary,the intersections is the starting point of the sloping roof line,in order to ensure the slope roof have the same slope,the oblique ridge direction must be angular bisector direction,and then calculate the oblique ridge line length, we can finally get the oblique roof line.(2)in order to ensure that roof lines do not overlap the slant in the same direction, on the roof of the oblique line trim,trim after the ramp end roof line generates the same oblique triangles, generated by the intersection of high ridge lines,(3)Looking contour ridge lines end with the same coordinates of the oblique ridge line, and then generate contour ridge line through the intersection,and closed polygon generation sloping roof(4)In order to ensure the generation of high-accuracy contour lines the roof ridge line trimming, pruning and then looking for high end of the roof line,such as roof of the same diagonal line,formed into a closed polygon slope roof(5)Enter the Circulation, generating high roof and sloping roof lines until only one root, trim the last ridge line and submission at one point, all the roof lines have been generated.(6)Finally,the 3D model of slope roof panel is obtained.The engineering quantity calculation can be carried out by the model, and the engineering quantity of the slope roof panel can be obtained quickly.The process will be written into a computer algorithm, this method is compiled by VC+ + 6.0,and in the Weijing true 3D software platform in order to debug the algorithm,the paper has carried on the detailed implementation steps of algorithm, through the project examples to test and analysis of algorithm.The test results show that:(1) Algorithm described in this article applies to the actual construction of slope roof in modeling(2) improves the efficiency of three dimensional modeling of slope roof(3) The algorithm builds a model to accurately calculate the amount of work required.Finally,in this paper the slope roof plate roof line automatic generation algorithm are summarized,and further research directions are put forward.
