| High-power LED lamps which have the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long life, high efficiency, and high reliability are gradually replacing the traditional high pressure sodium-based lamps, and are becoming the mainstream lighting device. As an emerging industry, LED lighting, has no doubt a broad space for development, but from the current development point of view, in addition to high costs and prices which block the application of LED lights, the most important reason is that finding a matching driving power of LED lamp is difficult, therefore the driving power of high efficient LED lights is of great value.In this thesis, the key technologies of high-efficiency LED street lights are studied, and the technical problems of the high-power LED street lamps which are popular in current market are analyzed, and a new technology is proposed, that can effectively improve the efficiency of LED street lights. First, the basic principle of series resonant circuit is analyzed, and the LLC series resonant technology currently applied to LED lights is analyzed, then a new street lamp architecture-SRC series resonant circuit is proposed to the shortcomings in the application and production process for the LLC, and the benefits in the application of the SRC series resonant circuit used in LED street lights are summed up by comparing the SRC and the LLC series resonant circuit; then the main loss of the LED street lights is analyzed, and the zero voltage switching with soft-switch technology and the synchronous rectification technology is analyzed in detail and theoretically, which achieves the application of the synchronous rectification technology and the zero-voltage switching technology used in LED street lights; Finally, the power system of LED street lights based on the SRC+SR structure is analyzed in detail, and the basic components of the circuit and the main parameters are analyzed and calculated, and the specific circuit is simulated using the Pspice software, and a power supply of a 180W LED street lamp is made on this basis.By doing a series experimental verification, the power supply is proved not only has good indicators, that the efficiency is up to 92%, but also passed the IEC standards and the CCC certification, and is now under volume production. |
