Because there are a lot of bugs, such as low working frequency, big switch stress, difficult increasing the discharge power, difficulty to design magnetic components and un-reliable control system, in the high power and middle-frequency supply for ozonizer in Hunan Yuanchao Company, the ozonier markets is shrinking. In order to solver the existed problem, a serial load resonant converter with compensated resonant inductor circuit topology is presented in the paper. Moreover, to enhance the anti- disturbing ability of power supply system, the control strategies of Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) and Frequency Tracking Methods (FTM) are adopted.Since the analysis of the inverter and its control system is very complex, the frequency analysis, time domain analysis and control system is made in capacitance operated conditions limited to pressure of time and paper length. The research content can be summed up as follows:(1) A new equivalent circuit of DBD circuit (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) that consider the consume of transformer, the on-off switching loses and so on is presented based on the ozonier powered by sine current source. As compared with the former equivalent, the new equivalent circuit can be depicted the actual ozone circuit accurately. The engineering design method based on the new equivalent circuit is else presented in the paper(2) The working modes based on the switch on-off conditions and the states of the discharge or not in capacitance-DBD circuit are analyzed in details and the equations are deduced. The modes and methods of the time-domain analysis method are validated by experiment.(3) in order to be suitable for the secrecy of control system , convenient for debugging the control system and make the control system be applied to capacitance, inductance and phase-shifting controlled ozonier ,the control system of the ozonier power is based on CPLD/FPGA chip is presented.(4) The paper analyzes the shortage of routine inductor designing methods which are used to design intermediate frequency, high voltage resonance reactor, puts forth an iterative method to prevent the problem. The correctness of the conclusion is proved by the simulation and the experiment.(5) In order to achieve the Optimization Design of uncontrolled rectifier circuit, the modes of rectifier circuit is analyzed in detail in the paper.
