| AC servo technology has become a basal technique for the automation of industry, it combines electrical motor theories with modern power electronics, sensor, microprocessor and control theories. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is of small size, low loss and high efficiency. With the development of high-performance DSP and advanced control strategies, PMSM's characteristics can be good. Thus, PMSMs are widely regarded in servo control fields. PMSM has been widely used in AC servo system.The thesis focuses on high-performance signal processor TMS320F2812 DSP, designed a 5KW PMSM AC servo system, and analyzed keys of the design.Firstly, with a large number of references, analyzes the development trend of AC servo system and control strategies, describes the significance of PMSM AC servo system.Secondly, the structure and characteristics of DSP are studied deeply, DSP-based AC servo system based on the principle of modular design is proposed, it includes main circuit, control circuit, current detection circuit, encoder signal conditioning circuit and protect circuit. A digital AC servo system is designed. Detailed analysis of electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems for control circuits, and the appropriate solution are given. Problems of current loop bandwidth were analyzed and the bandwidth expansion strategy was proposed. Double stator current sampling and double PWM duty cycle update were achieved.Finally, hardware system design was tested to verify that the hardware system design is reasonable. The experimental results validate and deepen the conclusions drawn from theoretical research. System problems are presented, and suggestions for future improvements are given. |
