High voltage circuit breaker is an important power system switching equipment with controls and protects task. Its performance is good or bad determines whether the security of electricity supply power system. SF6 circuit breakers are more widely used because of its many advantages. At present, the design of SF6 circuit breakers is still in the introduction of the main stage, for the lack of systematic theory to guide the design.The academic analysis in LW25—126 designed by Xian is carried on the design on the CT20 spring operating mechanism of the SF6 circuit breaker in this thesis. The reliability design theory of cam mechanism is established. Some key part is optimized used ANSYS to meet the demands of working.This project thesis mainly includes:(1) Detailed introduction of the spring mechanism works of SF6 circuit breaker, describes the basic characteristics of the mechanism.(2) According to pratical engineering, proposed a spring operating mechanism is designed in the system of cam mechanism design theory, based on the completion of the CT20 spring mechanism of the design work.(3) The model and dynamic simulation using ANSYS software is used, depending on the reliability design of cam mechanism. Cam comparison calculation can be consistent with the test results, indicating that the method can effectively achieve the reliability design of cam mechanism can improve the reliability of body movement.
