This paper is finished on the basis of accomplishing the design of spring operating mechanism which can coincides with LW36-126 three-phase SF6 circuit breaker designed by Yunnan. Switches Factory. A thorough discussion on the design requirement of the circuit-breakers' spring operating mechanism,the design process of the opening or closing switch mechanism is made. The design method in this paper is used in order to achieve the matching of the spring operating mechanisms'characteristics of output force and the circuit breakers' load property, which is in accordance with the characteristics of output force (moment) and the requirements of the mechanism operation's speed.The paper applied virtual prototype technology to the design of spring operating mechanism used in circuit breaker,built kinematics and dynamics model of CT36 spring operating mechanism under open and close operation.In order to enhance the performance and increase the service life of Spring operating mechanism,the research need to be carried on to main mechanical failure problems such as impact vibration etc. Simulational method are taken in the research of this paper,a solution to this problem is proposed after a detailed research in this paper. Spring operating mechanism are studied in carried on with ADAMS software,the kinematic behavior of moving electrode in SF6 circuit breakers is gotte,the dynamic simulation on moving electrode and optimization if some parameters which influence the speed of moving electrode are also carried on in this paper.The research results in this paper is significant to improving the design of Spring operating mechanism,with the research model and research method in this paper,the analyses efficiency of Spring operating mechanism can be greatly improved,the design level and design quality can also be enhanced to a high standard.
