Study Of 220kV Transmission Line With Four Circuits

With the development of the national economy, the contradiction between the construction of high voltage transmission line and the local land planning intensified, the investment for the high tension corridor became higher and higher, especially in the economy developed area and population denseness district. To make the best use of high tension corridor, reduce the investment, it was necessary to study the design of the transmission line with four-circuit.This paper firstly introduced present application situation of transmission line with four-pass home and abroad. The necessity to construct four-circuit 220kV transmission lines in the crowed city proper of Beijing, and its detailed design was discussed. This paper also introduced the steel tube poles. At last, the benefits of the four-circuit 220kV transmission lines and its development tendency were discussed.
