| Whcther the transmission network is operating normally or not will not only affect the reliability and safety of the system,but also the market competition.Combined with the node price theory,if the congestion occurs in the transmission grid,the cost will have a great impact on the node price.Because LMP is not deterministic,as a market participant,it will often face corresponding market risks.Therefore,it is necessary to use congestion management to eliminate congestion.Price signal.As an important tool in risk aversion,financial transmission rights combine a new perspective to provide a solution to the problem of transmission resistance plugging.Introducing the financial transmission right into the congestion management can make more reasonable use of the transmission network,and after the congestion occurs,it can compensate the corresponding users and provide a financial institution that evades the risk to the market participants.Through summarizing the conclusions of this pre-study,this paper discusses the operation status of FJM financial transmission rights market and FTR related theory in New England and the United States,and discusses whether the future development of financial transmission rights in HZ regional grid power market is feasible and specific.At the same time,it also studied the current economic compensation mechanism of the financial power transmission right of the regional power grid.Combining with the exploration and summarization of foreign economic compensation mechanism,the economic compensation mechanism of financial transmission rights in this region is preliminarily designed,and an economic compensation model is constructed.Through the power spot trading market and the node marginal price theory,the paper analyzes the related issues such as the blockage income distribution and compensation mechanism.It also explored and designed the grid auction system,and initially carried out research work on the financial transmission rights used in transmission investment. |
