With the continuous development of technology, people's requirement on the comfort of riding automobiles is increasing, and nicer smoothness and low noise is an important symbol of present-day automobiles. The capability of mount system of automobile powertrain has a direct influence on smoothness and capability of reducing noise for automobile.This thesis aims at the improvement of powertrain mount system of automobile model EQ3242G, it has an expatiation and analysis on vibrating speciality of automobile engine and vibration isolation mechanism of powertrain mount system. It also discusses and investigates ways of measuring basic parameters of automobile powertrain. According to measuring basic parameters of powertrain of automobile model EQ3242G (including measuring centroid position of powertrain by means of balancing moment and inertia parameters that powertrain to axes of the centroid by special moment of inertia experiment plate), it points out disadvantage of the above two measurements and something that needs to be improved. At last it gains exacter parameters of powertrain by combining measuring and accounting, and provides a basis for accounting powertrain mount system in theory. At the same time, it mensurates capability parameters of rubber suspension gaskets used in powertrain of EQ3242G.This thesis analyses synthetically items of capability of the mount system on the basic of having gained basic parameters of powertrain of automobile model EQ3242G. And it accounts this mount system according to the strike center theory and analyses reasons that why this powertrain can't satisfy the strike center theory. It also accounts the roll and pendulum axis of the powertrain, analyses and studies vibrate discoupling of the powertrain mount system. At the same time, it discusses the arrangement form of the mount system and analyzes relative merits among different mount systems.Finally, this thesis accounts vibrate parameters of EQ3242G powertrain former mount system, and it brings up the first improvement measures according to malfunction forms of this mount system. Then in the instance that the first improvement failures it analyses the failure reason and brings up the second improvement measures and analyses them in theory. The use result shows that it can satisfy the design requirement and achieve expected target. This thesis take up with the research and improvement of the EQ3242G heavy duty vehicle powertrain mount system, which can offer kind of guidance and reference on relevant designing or improving.
