Design And Research Of The Living Environment Of Urban Elderly Based On Pension In Home

ABSTRACT:China has the largest elderly population in the world, and growing very fast. Facing the wave of the population aging, can we solve the elderly pension issues related to the happiness of every family and the harmony of our social, the elderly to have a happy life is the objective of our "people-oriented" harmonious society.Based on the research of social background and the survey of the way of aged support, this article present the idea that pension in home is the mode that suitable for our country's condition. This system base on the family endowment and the social endowment services. The management of national policies and laws can ensure this system. The desire of live in elderly's home can be achieved, and the old person can be taken care, they will be safe and happy. Pension in home need the environment which consistent with the old people's physiological and psychological, good living environment for the elderly is an important article. This article researched the appropriate transformation of residential aged, the general-purpose residential, the multi generational living, the elderly community. And research the environment that comply the needs of old habits and activities, the social endowment services which can meet the demand of elderly's needs of Life, communication, entertainment and spiritual. I hope that my design and research can enhance the the elderly's convenience, security, extend the time for their self-care,reduce the young people's pressure. Provide a reference of old people's retirement living for our country.
