Research On The Development,Construction And Operation Management Of Pension Housing Integrated Home And Community

In the context of increasing aging population,the trend of aging and disability is becoming more and more obvious,and the problems of empty-nest and small families are derived.These four phenomenon of aging population are great challenges to our traditional pension mode.Instead of traditional family-support mode,social security system has to be improved to support the socialization of pension mode.However,considering the lack of service supplies and social resource,the limitation of economic development,and the filial piety in traditional Chinese culture,it is impracticable to rely on social endowment.In that condition,the development and construction of pension housing integrated home and community is important and inevitable.This thesis applied the methods o f literature review,statistical analysis,comparative analysis,and case studies,analyzed and studied how to locate and arrange the space accurately and meet the special needs of senior people,promoting further development of related industry and applying effective development and operation mode,in order to make the development of pension housing integrated home and community feasible and practical.This thesis researched the fol owing aspects:Introduce the pension theory.Research on the demands,project orientation,location,and design characteristics of pension housing integrated home and community,take the senior people’s habits into consideration,and set convenience of elder people as the design principle.Analyze and summarize the development and construction mode of pension housing integrated home and community.From comparison of operation modes both in C hina and abroad,find out the profit operation mode and balance of pension housing integrated home and community in China.Through analyzing operation and management system of pension housing integrated home and community,this thesis applied the experience of practice in community operation and management,built up the operation,management,and service system for pension housing integrated ho me and community in China.This thesis also make conclusion and prediction of future trend of ideal pension housing integrated home and community.The findings of this thesis provide feasible suggestions from the aspects of development,construction,and operation,help establish the theory foundations of development of pension housing integrated home and community,and become the policy reference for promoting pension housing integrated home and community in our country.Promoting feasible and practical de velopment of pension housing integrated home and community,will help solve the problems of aging society effectively.
