Research On The Design Of Community Health Environment Under The Embedded Pension Model

With the elderly population increasing year by year and the popularization of home care,it is increasingly urgent to improve the community health care aging environment."Comfort for the aged" is one of the important development directions to actively cope with the aging population.At the same time,most people in our country have accepted the concept of embedded pension.The key problem to be solved is to actively study how to improve the quality of the embedded nursing community environment and design a community environment that ADAPTS to the characteristics of the elderly activities.In view of the above situation,the author will choose the embedded pension model as the research object,and use field survey,questionnaire survey and other research methods to carry out research.This paper studies the correlation between the community health environment and the activities of the elderly in Nanchang City,and proposes targeted design strategies for the community environment suitable for aging,so as to improve the living experience of the elderly and support the construction of the community embedded pension service system in Nanchang City.It is hoped that the research results will provide some reference for the constructive practice of the embedded pension community in Nanchang City in the future.First of all,the author sorted out the research background of embedded pension at home and abroad,the research content and methods of embedded mode at home and abroad,and made clear the research content and methods for the environment design of embedded pension community in Nanchang City.Secondly,the author analyzed and defined the related concepts of population aging,and believed that China’s population aging has some characteristics,such as the large proportion of elderly people and disabled people,the large difference between urban and rural aging in Nanchang City,and the serious burden of family and social pension,and interpreted the functional advantages of home-based pension model,integrated family pension,community pension and institutional pension.It leads to the necessity and feasibility of embedded nursing community practice research.Thirdly,the author conducted research on Nanchang embedded pension community,explored the characteristics of community health environment,elderly activities and community status quo,as well as the needs of the elderly health environment for statistics and investigation.This paper analyzes and sorts out the existing problems of embedded community endowment mode and endowment service in Nanchang City.Finally,based on the community,the author invigorates various pension resources in the community,in accordance with the characteristics of meeting the psychological needs of the elderly,following the principles of health and safety,sharing and interaction and intelligence,provides a reference environment design strategy for the construction of community health environment under the embedded pension model,and increases the objectivity and comprehensive science of the practice of the embedded pension model in Nanchang City.
