Combination of Cooling, Heating with Power Plant is a kind of system which uses burning gas to produce power and provide with heat and cold. It is also a kind of technology, which is energy conservation, environmental protection and step utilization. This thesis uses mathematical programming method, which is included in optimized theory to research the Combination of Cooling, Heating with Power Plant on optimal allocation and function strategy issue in Beijing Center Business District.Taking annual all-in cost as the objective function, the thesis establishes the mathematical model of optimal allocation on Combination of Cooling, Heating with Power Plant by mathematical programming. Simultaneously, the thesis also makes the combination system's equipments optimized via the restrict condition on equipment performance characteristics and energy flow.In allusion to annual heat, power, cold load and time load in Beijing CBD, the thesis proposes four groups of heat, power and cold combination systems of projects. They are internal-combustion engine combination system, turbine engine combination system. Both of them are combined with heat supply network or gas boiler for adjust peak. At the same time, the thesis also analyses its operational strategy by the optimal mathematical model, which has been established. Conclusion that turbine engine combination system with heat supply network of project is the best.The thesis analyses the economy of the above four groups of projects by increasing investment reclaim period and once energy saving rate, conclusion that the efficient analysis to the turbine engine combination system with heat supply network relative to electricity cold air conditioning with gas boiler is 3.2 years. It is the shortest in four groups of projects, and it is also the highest energy utilization efficiency. In allusion to the turbine engine combination of Cooling, Heating with Power Plant of identical operating condition, the thesis calculates the increasing investment reclaim period of different number and capacity plant, conclusion that the large capacity single plant is the best.Most of optimal allocation of Combination of Cooling, Heating with Power Plant research is based on identical type of generator combination system relatives to the general dispart supply system. However, this thesis aims at researching optimal allocation of the different generator of Combination of Cooling, Heating with Power Plant with heat supply network or gas boiler.
