Research On Planning And Design Of Ecological River

With the continuous enhance of the human ability to transform the river,the flood threat and temptation of the huge economic interests, The relationship between people and rivers changes from the original dependence to the development and utilization of rivers.Then due to human wrong knowledge on the flood and excessive development and utilization,it leads to the distortion of river space, causes the down of water quality,which threats to human survival.The deterioration of river water pollution gradually causes ecological river into the outlook of people, and that how to build with current technical measures to improve the river ecosystem comes to be a new topic.This paper proposes the restoration of river ecosystem, and the new idea of the construction of ecological river.There are many rivers that gave birth to the splendid Chinese civilization in China.But because of the weak awareness of environmental protection, combined with over-development and the wrong concept of flood control,the biodiversity of river is reducing,the natural ecological chain between the river and the embankment interrupt,and water self-purification ability is disappearing.Such series of problems affecting the river's sustainable development.In recent years,domestic related departments absorb foreign experiences,pay attention to the river ecological protection and landscape,and increase research funding of related technologies.At present,there are lots of excellent projects that we can we can learn from,such as"Multi-natural Type River Management"of Japan,Cheonggyecheon Restoration Project——the largest urban restoration in Korea's history,and Rhine Management in German, from which we can absorb lots of successful experiences ,and apply to domestic construction of ecological rivers for more new ideas.There are some practices of domestic eco-river project,such as Zhuan River in Beijing, Bailang River in Weifang City, "Miles of Clean Rivers Construction "in Zhejiang Province and other projects.They make important practices to restore and enhance ecological function of rivers,to reflect the ecological, natural and hydrophilic, etc. The construction of ecological river has taken an important step.Firstly,This paper analyzes harm that the river pollution causes to people, in order to explain the need for the construction of ecological river more clearly;Secondly,it systematically expound the meaning of ecological river to understand the ecological river more in-depth and to guide the planning and transformation;Thirdly,it uses successful results of scholars from home and abroad, and projects related to research to analysis for further proposing the basic ideas of eco-river construction.Fourthly,it comes to in-depth study of the theoretical basis, planning theory, important technology,and sum up basic ideas for planning and design of the eco-river; Finally, planning for cological construction of Si River,Jining City,Shandong Province is used to demonstrate the author's basic ideas.Taking into account restoring the river ecosystem is the core of eco-river construction,I try to explore a way suitable for China's planning and construction of ecological rivers:the eco-river construction should guarantee flood safety,integrate multiple technologies measures to control polluted river, give priority to flexible materials of revetment to replace concrete materials,then restore bio-ecological cycle between water, soil and biology in order to reach people's need for the sustainable use of ecological rivers.By research on the planning and construction of the ecological river,I obtain that basic planning andconstruction ideas for rivers of different pollution conditions are different,and we should make overall plan according to local economic, politics, social conditions,take the extent of damage into account. And only on the basis of local conditions, combined with reasonable landscape planning, wo can restore the river ecosystem, and achieve ecological, economic and social benefits and harmonious sustainable development.
