Dual-mass flywheel torsional shock absorber (Dual Mass Flywheel, referred to as DMF) is a breakthrough invention of eliminating torsional vibration in the auto transmission. The swing angle of dual-mass flywheel is very large, can adapt to a variety of frequencies and so on. Experiments proved that it can avoid the resonance in the car idling, can significantly improve the ride comfort for vehicle, can better protect the transmission of automobile.Seeing that the traditional test bench is about torsional shock absorber, which basically could not reach the amplitude and multi-frequency requirements with dual-mass flywheel. Aiming at the characteristics of dual-mass flywheel, simulating the condition of vehicle engine, the paper gives a kind of the test bench with dual-mass flywheel by design of mechanical movement way, to achieve the detections on static torsion stiffness properties, dynamic torsion stiffness properties and anti-permeability of dual-mass flywheel.In this design, the power device is the motor with variable frequency, control the motor speed by converter and realize the changing of detection frequency. Adopt the CAM mechanism as a kind of excitation device with machinery twisting, the size of the CAM mechanism is determined by the rule of the follower motion, the limiting of pressure Angle and the power of test bench, establishing the model of CAM mechanism and doing the kinematics simulation by the engineering software (Adams), and analyzing angular velocity characteristics, Angle acceleration characteristics and Angle changing of the follower, accord with the design requirement in advance.In order to make up the CAM mechanism with the weakness about swinging Angle, according to the test requirements and gear parameters, design two pairs of gears, the transmission ratio is 0.25 and 0.5, the former used for torsional fatigue detection with high-frequency, the latter used for dynamic torsional rigidity detection and torsional fatigue detection with low-frequency, the center distance of two pairs of gears is the same, two small gears are fixed together by a sleeve and installed in the spline, pull the corresponding handle to make that the sleeve drive the gears sliding in the spline, and can realize the changing of the transformation ratio easily. In this design, Adopt the institution of worm reducer as static device with torsional rigidity detection, due to its self-locking, Can easily detect the static torsion stiffness properties of dual-mass flywheel. In addition, by this device can achieve the angle preload of dual-mass flywheel.In this design, Sketch the detection principle and method of four basic properties with dual-mass flywheel, doing post-processing of detection by labview, designing the data collection and test system based on Labview8.6. Programming for data acquisition and storage by labview8.6. Using multi-function data collection card 6030E NI PCI to realize real-time data acquisition, processing and storage about detecting data with dual-mass flywheel,etc.
