The ZC1 worm drive is a kind of excellent precision worm drive.It has been widely applied in Europe and our country because of its many advantages.It is far better than ordinary cylindrical worm in terms of performance.However these advantages appear under the reasonable worm parameters.It is a very meaningful research direction that how to use these optimize technologies and reasonable selection parameters to improve the existing worm performance,and use the modern processing and manufacturing of numerical control technology with the development of computer technology.The main content of this paper is as follows:Based on space meshing theory,the grinding wheel working surface equation is derived,the grinding wheel and worm gearing equation of worm helix tooth surface equation and spindle to profile,etc.And formulas for the first class of boundary line,the second class boundary line formula,meshing performance parameters of the formula derivation,analysis the influence of main design parameters on meshing performance.Establish the initial digital model of ZC1 worm according to the initial design parameters;Establish the ZC1 worm gear with ZC1 worm as tools for virtual machining worm gear knife;Determine the optimal design variables;the scope of design parameter selection,root cutting constraints,worm gear stiffness of addendum thickness constraints as constraint conditions;the candidated curvature and meshing area as the objective function;fish algorithm chosen as the optimization method of ZC1 worm drive optimization design;re-established ZC1 worm drive digital model according to the optimized design parameters,and compare the tooth surface contact parameters and meshing performance before and after optimization.Establish the ZC1 worm drive elastic contact analysis model on the basis of the digital model,and analyzes the installation error influence on the contact area;the ZC1 worm drive controlled modification,controllable modification parameters,and analyzes the tooth surface contact stress,load distribution and the change of the instantaneous contact line before and after modification.Combining the theory of ZC1 worm grinding device and the processing requirements of the nc machining process analysis,to determine the worm processing craft route,mainly analyzes the worm tooth profile grinding process,and starting from the principle of grinding wheel nc shaping,choose the appropriate grinding wheel dressing method,based on the analysis of the grinding wheel dressing process CNC finishing programming;Worm nc grinding machine tools and CNC dressing of grinding wheel and modification processing.And tested before and after modification ZC1 worm drive tooth surface meshing condition,after the modification of ZC1 worm drive after a short running-in,enlarged the meshing tooth surface contact area,the experiment verified the ZC1 worm tooth surface controlled the feasibility of modification methods.
