With the rapid development of military high technology in the world, digitalization, information and networking technology has been widely used in developing weapons and equipment, and weapons and equipment performance has been greatly improved. Testing platform for the early test of the military equipment, such as performance, leveling and quality measurement, is of important significance on the actual battle. In view of this, entrusted by the Northwest Institute of electrical and mechanical, design a Automatic Controlling System of Testing Platform, used in XX model of artillery zero and measurement of its quality parameters.To realize the high precise position, not only the design of the stable mechanical structure is needed, but also the automatic controlling system is indispensable.As the requirements of the project, we research on Automatic Controlling System of Testing Platform. By reading a number of related technical literature. In the paper, first design the mechanical structure of the platform, then design its automatic Controlling system based on the overall framework. In the paper, we detailed analysis the automatic controlling system. design a set of controlling system based on industrial controlling computer and controlling card. Adopt permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor as actuator. Servo motor output the appropriate speed, secondary reducer slow down, improve torque, driven screw and nut movement to profoundly promote bushings telescopic movement, achieving platform position adjustment. Platform takes high-precision optical shaft angle encoder as measuring component.In the thesis, based on automation theory, the configuration and mathematical model of all parts of the servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) were analyzed carefully. The three loops of the system were designed with the help of engineering design method of automation system regulator. Motor servo system using three-ring close loop Control, current and speed ring as inside and location ring as outside.Current loop, speed loop adopt PI as controller,location Central according to the position error level, use PID controller and fuzzy PID controller. The simulation of the system was conducted based on Matlab/Simulink, and the stability of the system was studied. Simulation results demonstrate that the general design of electronic controlling system is with a certain degree of positioning and tracking precision.Finally we design the hardware and software of the system. Design key component communication between circuits, including motion control card and angle encoder; data acquisition cards and weight sensor and system alarms and anti-jamming circuit. Use King view 6.5 to design friendly human machine interface systems, Including leveling and tilting monitor interface, quality measurement of Center of mass monitoring and alarm interface. Then analysis the error at the end of the paper, and ways to reduce error, It proved that the design of the systems approach is correct and feasible, the basic requirements of system performance can be achieved.
