Along with the global climate change,CO2 emission problems get more and more attention.Fossil fuel power for the main source of energy is a concentration of CO2 emissions source,the CO2 emissions power to slow greenhouse effect has the vital significance.Coal-fired power plants the technical measures for CO2 emissions at present mainly include:high development/ultra-supercritical untits, integrated gasification combined cycle power generation technology IGCC,existing flue gas capture seal CCS power,oxygen-fuel combustion,oxygen-fuel combustion of existing and new routine is the effective realization carbon abatement power measures.One of the most important oxygen-fuel combustion technology links is oxygen-enrichment source,research oxygen-rich technology to realize oxygen-fuel combustion coal-fired power plants with carbon abatement of important scientific significance and pratical value.This paper air separation technology of oxygen enrichment was compared,with cryogenic method and variable pressure adsorption method,in gaining medium oxygen concentration conditions,membrane oxygen-enrichment equipment is simple,easy operation,small investment,operation cost etc.Therefore membrane oxygen-enrichment oxygen-fuel combustion in the future has the important influence. Membrane enriched oxygen concentration in 28%-40%,comparative suitable for boiler's stable-combustion combustion.This article through the experiment,first examines the membrane module conventional enriched oxygen performance,including membrane module achieved most dafu oxygen efficiency of the time,membrane module long time running stability study,the stability of the runtime membrane module.In the result,experiment for vacuum in control 0.069MPa,temperature air in 16℃cases,membrane module and stable operation 420min,oxygen concentration topped 2.83%,gas production rate steady at 4.08m3/h or so,start time in 10-20min,membrane module can achieved the most dafu oxygen efficiency,and membrane module long-term operation and runtime startup performance can remain stable.Experiment investigated including vacuum,gas production;temperature;air cleanliness,each operation conditions on the membrane module enriched oxygen performance influence,by 12℃temperature increased 28℃for vacuum 0.038MPa;gas production increased 21%;and through the membrane enriched oxygen concentration of oxygen in by increased to 27.38%;vacuum 0.04MPa enriched oxygen concentration oxygen in 24.8%,through improving the vacuum 0.065MPa,enriched oxygen concentration oncreases to 26.8%,ventilation property 1.7Nm3/h increase to 2.5Nm3/h.Result indicate,operating temperature,vacuum,gas production,air cleanliness are influence of membrane enriched oxygen performance factor.Through long term operation were studied after membrane module level of pollution and pollution recovery,mainternance method,through the fans purging improve membrane surface contaminants state of being,experiment in the remove lead filter,dirt air into membrane module,is caused pollution,thus membrane performance reduce 1.38%,in not replace the membrane filter and purging time for 10min,purging effect is poorer,compared to replace the membrane filter and purging time for 30min,enriched oxygen concentration average reduced 2.51%.Result indicate,lead filtering device is to guarantee the premise of enriched oxygen membrane performance,at the right front under the action of filtering device,membrane module pollution asmall,and from purging can to a certain extent improve level of pollution membrane module.
