| In recent years, with the development of economy growing, the domestic and international exchanges Increasing, large special events at home and abroad were held frequently and became important. At the same time, as the growing international status of China, China has become political, cultural, economic and physical power country of the world, and held a variety of international large special events such as the Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai World Expo and Guangzhou Asian Games. The success of large special event not only enriched the people's material and cultural life, but also improved international influence of the city and increased revenue, at the same time, it had brought opportunities and challenges to the city. Large events had a great variety, Frequent large events could promote all aspects of urban infrastructure construction, but they also brought tremendous impact and influence on urban traffic. It is very important to formulate rational, adaptable, and effective traffic guidance evacuation strategies for large special event, which have the characteristics of concentration and scattering characters, sudden and short time.Currently, the main thinking of large special event evacuation is to make full use of the existing road traffic facilities, and to evacuate most of traffic demand to high-capacity and high-speed expressways and trunk roads. At the same time, people should be guided to travel by public transit to reduce the waste of road resources, in order to evacuate traffic flow out as quickly as possible to reduce the impact on the normal urban traffic.This issue analysed the domestic and abroad actuality and strategy of large special event guidance evacuation at first, and then combined with urban road traffic situation and problem in our country, guidance evacuation model based bi-level programming was established, in order to provide strong theoretical foundation and traffic guarantee.The main content of this paper as follows:1) Research backgound and issue source were introduced, the actuality of large special event guidance evacuation home and abroad and achievements were stated, then research method was further analyzed, and disadvantages of the existing method were proposed, finally, the main research content, structure and thinking has been all put forword.2) The definition, characteristics and classification of large special event were described, possible traffic peak in large special event was analyzed. At the same time, the traffic flow guidance system was described, user optimal equilibrium model, system optimal equilibrium model and non-equilibrium model of dynamic traffic assignment theory were introducd. Finally, the bi-level programming ideas and solution method were proposed, for laying the foundation for the construction of bi-level programming models.3) According to existing literature, characteristics of traffic demand, traffic flow, traveller and traffic organization and management of large special event were analyzed in detail.4) Guidance evacuation model based on bi-level programming thinking was constructed, from the view of large special event. Parameters of guidance evacuation model were set, optimized condition and solution to the model were proposed. And then the solution was developed to PSO-EM optimized algorithm which is adapt to bi-level programming thinking model.5) Take some large special event in Shenzhen Sports Center as example, simulation and proving analysis of guidance evacuation model based on bi-level programming was done, and the algorithm proposed in this paper was programmed,too. then the optimal evacuation strategies in both cases were obtained. Finally, by analysing and comparing the results of two cases with the results of the conventional algorithm, it is proves that the model strategy proposed in this paper is more excellent.6) The research contents of this paper were summarized, emphasis and deficiencies of research in this paper were given, finally, further research directions of this issue is proposed. |
