Research And Development Of Project Management Information System Of Expressway Construction Based On "3I"

The twelfth Five-Year Plan is critical period to the development of transportation, and road construction is still at large-scale construction and rapid development stage. How to achieve professional expressway construction project management, standardized construction, informational management tools and meticulous daily management, is the aim of expressway construction project management. Information technology is important to improve the management of expressway construction project.In this paper, the expressway construction project management information system-related problems were studied with the "31" (Instrumented, Interconnected, Intelligent) of IBM "Smarter Planet" as the guiding ideology. The work of dissertation focuses on the following aspects:First, the paper analyzed progress control, quality control, safety control, cost control, materials management and other business needs of expressway construction project management.Secondly, the data models of the system were studied based on the "31":â‘ studied the data collection methods more comprehensive and more suitable for construction site personnel work habits, namely, the embedded Excel client data entry system;â‘¡tudied data classification and encoding method of the construction process, analyzed the relationship between the data and establish data association models;â‘¢Based on the data association, studied analysis methods of progress control, quality control and safety control in project management work to achieve intelligence analysis and decision support.Finally, fully designed the expressway construction project management information system, and results of the papers were applied in Jingxi to Baise Expressway Construction Project. Field practice shows that the system helps to improve management efficiency and decision-making level of progress, quality, safety and investment in expressway construction project.
