Research On Highway Construction Project Integrated Management And Related Important Technologies

The overall aim of this study is to expressway construction project integrated management and related important technologies.In the introducing part, firstly, it states the limitations the traditional project management, and then it describes the significance and feasibility of doing integrated management on expressway construction project. The paper puts forward general model of project management.Due to integrated management, suitable organization is support platform to expressway construction project integrated management, however, information system is the tool of project management. In this paper, based on available organization in China, network virtual organization with core of unit group is to set up, which is designed in Kaiyang expressway projects. Information system is yet analysed in the paper.However, Supply Chain Management is the important part to integrated management, which is to need building of Electronic Commercial platforms. The paper puts forward Supply Chain Management model that made up main chain and assistant chain. At the same time, it constructs Electronic Commercial platforms formed by invite tenders and cargo purchasing of project and contract management, and analyses theirs established course.With regard to the crucial technologies, the study is the two fields which are processing or scheduling and investment decision. According to study traditional methods, it is presentation of calculation method — Grey-PERT by applying Grey Forecasting and Grey Evaluation form the theory of Grey System into PERT. The calculating procedure, efficiency and advantages of this Grey-PERT are examined in details by giving an example in expressway project planning. Finally, Fuzzy Neural Network is led into investment decision, and improving T-S model of FNN is adopted.In this paper, according to study of expressway construction project integrated management and related important technologies, which the advanced ideals in the expressway construction project, is to solve some problem, is to make full use of funds, is to improve quality and save cost. It is of great significance to expressway construction and national economic improvement.
