AC servo motion control system of precision straightening is not only related to the accuracy of automatic straightening machine, but also affects the work efficiency. The purpose of this study is to provide a straightening movement control scheme for the automatic precision straightening machine. In the movement of the straightening machine, to establish a precise, convenient, safe AC servo motor motion control system, efficient completion of control instructions issued from the straightening movement.In the movement of automatic precision straightening machine, it needs to use four servo motors, they are:two motor for chuck clamping, one motor for adjusting the span, and the main motor for straightening pressure head. Under the study of the project, the servo control system is designed by the control model:IPC+motion control card+AC servo motor+measurement feedback device. The process control system sent motor commands through the motion control card, and then the motion control card sent the program compiled by its own built-in commands to the servo unit for driving a servo motor to complete the assigned straightening action.The research work which is included as following:Firstly, I must to design process control logic for straightening movement. Under the premise of completing straightening act, I must to design a convenient process, and complete the straightening movement efficiently.Secondly, the design of torque control mode and position control mode system. In the straightening system, the two clamping motors are under torque control mode, the span adjusting motor and the main motor for straightening pressure head are under position control mode, so the servo control system design will include two different control modes. The main contents for servo control system include as following:the external way of the motion control card; the connection and debugging of the servo drive unit; the drive connection for servo motor and the software writing; the installation of the measurement feedback device and the signal processing; the connection between the servo motor and the implementing agencies.Finally, the debug of the AC servo control system. Based on the completion of hardware connection, the first step is to debug the servo motor motion smooth under the different mode. Then, according to the needs of straightening movement, set the various parameters for the servo unit, and debug. After the safety of the motor commissioning, the next is to debug the servo control system, make sure to complete the straightening movement needs. Base on the safe operation, the return signals can be handling timely and accurate, so to improve the precision servo control system and servo motor sports performance.
