| Nowadays the DC servo system, which has large inertia drive, fast response, andhigh control precision, is widely applied to many occasions, such as the turntable radarantenna, the robot arm control, etc. These applications require quick response to the inputand have an accurate position servo control. The Digital DC servo system, which adoptsDSP as the core control device, is becoming a development fashion.Based on the background of the turntable system application, the DC torque motorposition servo system is studied. The sensor selection work is firstly taken based on theintroduction to the torque motor’s characters, the primary parameters and the mechanismof the photoelectric encoder and the Hall type current sensor. Then the three maincomponents of the current sampling circuit, which are the current loop, the speed loop,and the position loop, is designed. Finally, taking the turntable system as an example, thepractical position servo system of the digital control system is analyzed. Moreover, thesimulation work of the turret control system is taken with Matlab. The simulation resultsare studied, and the PID control schemes are compared with each other to find out theadvantages and shortcomings. |
